At AperformanceTS, we strive for total transparency. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order to ensure our service meets your expectations.

1. Order Processing vs. Shipping Time

  • Order Processing: This is the time between when you place your order and when the parcel is handed to the courier. We process all orders within one business day.

  • Order Shipping: This refers to the actual in-transit time once the package leaves our facility.

  • The Inspection Guarantee: Because we sell high-performance components and lubricants, every order undergoes a manual quality check during the processing phase to ensure authenticity and seal integrity.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Klang Valley: 1–2 Business Days.

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 2–4 Business Days.

  • East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak): 7–14 Business Days.

3. Special Note: Engine Oils & Liquids

Due to airline safety regulations in Malaysia, engine oils and lubricants are classified as restricted liquids.

  • East Malaysia Customers: All oil orders to Sabah and Sarawak must be shipped via Sea Freight. This is why transit times are longer. We appreciate your patience in ensuring these products are transported safely and legally.

4. Local Pickup

If you are located near our facility and wish to save on shipping, we offer Local Pickup. Please contact us via WhatsApp or Email after placing your order to arrange a collection time at our warehouse.

5. Tracking Your Build

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the courier's system.

6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some couriers have limitations regarding P.O. Box deliveries. For high-value performance parts, we strongly recommend using a physical residential or business address to ensure secure, hand-to-hand delivery.

7. Damages & Transit Issues

AperformanceTS is not responsible for delays or damage caused by the shipping carrier, but we will always advocate for our customers.

  • If your order arrives damaged (e.g., a leaking oil bottle or a dented part), please WhatsApp Us at +6016-200 9560 or email us at aperformancets@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Include your Order Number and clear photos of the damaged item and the outer packaging. We handle these cases with the highest priority.

8. International Shipping

We currently offer shipping primarily within Malaysia. For international inquiries regarding performance parts, please contact us directly for a custom shipping quote. Note that international orders are subject to the destination country’s import duties and taxes.
